T-shirts

T-shirts are getting more and more colorful and the art is becoming more and more detailed and rich with colors.

The traditional screen printing techniques are still used for large production runs of shirts but the latest technology, direct-to-garment (DTG) take advantage of computer technology of sophisticated high-end ink jet printing technology.

All About recently added a Fast T-Jet Blazer Pro which has the capability of printing up to three

shirts or other items at a time. Computer software converts the myriad of colors possible in a piece or artwork into the primary colors of the DTG printer, cyan, magenta, yellow and black.

Our Blazer Pro also has the ability to print on dark shirts by first printing a white underbase. This permits printing of a variety of designs on dark colored or even black shirts.

Another advantage of DTG printing is that printing

a small number of customized shirts is now practicable and cost-effective.

Our DTG printing allows us to even take photographs and print them on t-shirts economically in quantities as low as one.
